Shipping dates will vary, depending on each piece. Smaller items qualify for FedEx shipping, heavier items will need to be sent white glove or freight. Your shipping charges will be displayed when you enter the zip code of the address. Orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt, the anticipated shipping timeframe is approximately 1 weeks for FedEx and 3-6 weeks for white glove. All ship dates, however, are approximate and are subject to change without prior notice.
What is the difference between White Glove and Freight Delivery?
White glove shipping is the term used to describe delivery services in which your furniture is delivered to you and placed inside the home.
Curb side or freight shipping involves shipping your items to the specified destination and dropping it off at the curb, leaving the task of moving the furniture inside and disposing of the pallet.
If your piece is being delivered via FedEx
We take great pride in making sure each piece is 100 % perfect before it's sent out. We carefully wrap each piece to guarantee that it will travel safety and get to it's final destination perfectly! Once the piece is picked up by FedEx- a tracking number can be found linked to your account. Simply click on the Fed Ex number and track your package. Remember FedEx only picks up at our warehouse 2 times a week.
if your piece is being delivered White Glove
We take great pride in making sure each piece is 100 % perfect before it's sent out. We carefully wrap each piece to guarantee that it will travel safety and get to it's final destination perfectly. White glove pieces are picked up once a week. Pieces are then transferred to a holding facility in Southern California. The furniture is then trucked to a facility that is "close" to the delivery address. Remember the piece is being trucked... this process can take some time. The delivery company will call you to set up an appointment window when their delivery trucks will be in the delivery area. White glove delivery will take up to 4-6 weeks depending on delivery address.
If you want Freight Delivery
We can get special freight quotes is you are interested. Remember the pricing is very similar to white glove and you will have to move the furniture in to your home once the pieces are delivered curb side.
